What the Heck is a Chinchilla?

As far as I was concerned, when I first saw one of these bunny-mouse-squirrel creatures a few years ago, it didn’t matter what they were…it was love at first site! Nothing in existence could possibly be cuter than these little bundles of fuzz!

Fast forward a couple of years…

“Honey, I miss having a pet so I’ve done a lot of research and I’d like a chinchilla.”

“Mmmhmm…..”

Somewhere around chinchilla #10 is when I think we started calling ourselves, “Gnawty Chinchillas". Did I mention that chinchillas are addicting?
